Votes for women

A diary item from the Labour Party Conference suggested that if women did not have the vote then Labour would have won every election since 1945.

Can that be true?

Well it’s not a new idea, I find. For example a joint briefing paper from the Fawcett Society & IPSOS/Mori made the same point back in September 2006.

Everything always & everywhere is women’s fault, or else they spend all their time & effort saving men from themselves. Take your pick.
